An Easy 2-Step Wrinkle Prevention Routine
Would it not be better to prevent wrinkle formation rather than try to remove them later? Waiting for the appearance of crow’s feet to start anti wrinkle skin care could be a serious mistake. A daily skin care routine is all that is needed to keep your skin soft and clear.
The first step is making sure that you hydrate your skin from the inside. If you don’t, or won’t, drink sufficient water, you may as well forget the other steps to wrinkle free skin, as well. For proper skin care, eight to ten glasses of water per day is the minimum requirement.
Moisturize your skin on the outside with a good skin cream. It’s important to note here that, when speaking of skin creams, good doesn’t necessarily mean expensive.
Choose an anti wrinkle cream that includes natural moisturizers in it’s ingredients (ie; primrose oil). Collagen is another important ingredient in any anti wrinkle cream. Collagen is a skin protein that is used to keep your skin soft and pliable.
There is one additional ingredient that is critical in any good skin cream. Any cream that doesn’t include antioxidants to fight free radicals, formed from your exposure to sunlight, is useless. The best thing would be to avoid the sun completely. Since staying inside all of the time is impossible, never go out without sunscreen.
Stopping wrinkles before they start is not that hard. It will mean spending a little time and effort every day. It’s really a very small effort for such a huge benefit.
